	Tim Gleeson, Director When he is not doing quality auditing and training, Tim manages product development and works with clients using Community Link software. Tim is married to Mandy (see below), for better and for worser. When he is not at work, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, throwing cricket balls in the net, and cryptic crosswords. 	Mandy Doon, Director Mandy Doon is a practising solicitor who heads Community Link's Legal Services. She is the project manager of the Child Safety Independent External Assessment program. Mandy is married to Tim (see above), and manages to stay sane. When she is not at work, she enjoys a sauvignon blanc, cooking, and rugby league.

	Flo Watson, Jinnadirran Training and Consulting Services Flo Watson is long standing associate of Community Link and a very experienced Indigenous consultant. Flo has recognised expertise in cross cultural communication and competence building, and is in demand as a trainer in the area.

	Paul Testro, Paul Testro Consultancy Services Paul is a nationally recognised child protection expert, who is a major part of the Community Link IEA team. When he is not at work, Paul enjoys gardening and sleeping.
