Foundations First® quality audit software is a web based application that provides support to quality auditing using the Foundations First® method.
It is ideal for students of quality auditing, as well as for organisations managing one-off audits or an ongoing program of audits.
Like CSnet®, you rent the software, you don’t buy it. You have a login to a unique and secure account for your audit data and reporting, and you own the data put into the system. However, you are not responsible for keeping the software in operation – that’s what we do.

- Each audit is a unique study – you can run as many audits as you require in parallel.
- The collection of data occurs using the Foundations First® evidence types, namely process documentation, staff awareness, output documentation. If required, feedback from stakeholders, can also be included.
- Methodological guidance and standards interpretation can be built in to the system – this optimises the chances of consistent, critical quality auditing.
- Integrated risk assessment – each opportunity to improve involving a non-compliance may be assessed in terms of risk at three levels. This information is tracked in the support for improvement planning.
- Access to the system includes access to downloadable checklists to assist in the collection of audit data.
- The system supports the establishment of a variety of sites within an organisation – each site can have unique audit capability, and the organisation has access to summary reports inclusive of all related sites.
