To make CSnetĀ® work for you, it is best if people have a reasonable idea of how to use it. As part of the implementation process, we will train you and introduce you to the support strategies that are in place for users. Training is available in your user location, at the point of commencement of use of the system. Half day sessions are required for standard users, and shorter sessions for administrative workers who do not have access to case or project data. An additional hour (on top of the half day) is required for supervisors and managers. An online help function within CSnetĀ® offers screen sensitive assistance for all users at all times.
